No Other Friend

Word from Jesus Christ

Woe unto him who put his trust in a man. But blessed is he who put his trust in Me. No matter how much you trust any human being, he’ll let you down when you least expected it. The husband does disappoint his wife or vice versa. Children do disappoint their parents or vice versa. These are the closest relation any man could have. Suppose your blood relation could let you down; how much more is someone who isn’t your blood relation? I Am the only One you can trust. If you put your trust in Me, I will never let you down. For this reason, I gave My life for you. I Am the Alfa and the Omega. I Am the Beginning. I Am the Middle. I Am the Ending. I Am the Light of the world. There is no trace of darkness in Me.

Why should you put your trust in human beings? Why should you call a fellow human being your friend? Do you know the Spirit in him? Do you know what controls his heart? I Am the One who weighs the actions and motives of every man. As a human being, you should expect disappointment from your fellow human being. If you can disappoint yourself, how much more can a fellow human being? I Am not saying you shouldn’t love each other. I Am not saying you shouldn’t have a measure of trust in each other. However, for anything that has to do with your Spirit, you must avoid it as much as possible.

A mother who ate all her children in her witchcraft coven, did she love her children? She loved them! But the spirit of witchcraft in her overpowered her Spirit, and she couldn’t do otherwise. She disappointed her children. She disappointed herself. She disappointed her Creator. She disappointed everybody. Every human being is bound to make an irrational decision because of flesh. But if you’re in Me and I Am in you, you’ll always depend on Me before you make any decision. Evil lives inside everybody, though in different measures. The less evil that lives in you, the easier and better your life will be. If the measure of evil in you is high, you must know you’re a disappointment to yourself and your fellow human beings. You have no control over evil; evil controls your heart.

Cain and Abel were blood relations. But when evil took over the heart of Cain, he killed his brother. Did he want to kill him? No! Evil took over his heart, and he couldn’t do otherwise. After his brother died, he tried to bury him, but the ground vomited his corpse. This is how all of you are. Many of you have no clue why My Father sent Me to die. The human being My Father created wouldn’t hurt a fly how much more to shed another man's blood. When evil took over man, everything turned upside down. Today, atrocities upon atrocities go on in each home everywhere.

The only way you can triumph over evil is by living your life in fear of Me. If you follow My example, no evil can control your heart. You will always control evil because you have My fear and the fear of My Father. Until all of you understand these things, this Earth cannot be what My Father wants it to be. In terms of trust, trust no man because every man is bound to fail you.

My Emphasis

What a Friend we have in the Saviour who willingly gave up His life for us. When we were dead in sin, He came and redeemed our souls. There’s no such friend who knows our deepest needs. Even without calling upon Him, He comes to us because He feels whatever we feel.

The Master said in the Book of John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.” No such friend among human beings could lay down his life for another person. Jesus Christ did this for us willingly. He is our Anchor to hold on to in times of trouble. He will never fail us at all. All He needs from us is to give Him access to our lives. He is ever ready whenever we need Him.

Many of us put our trust in our loved ones. By the end of the day, we were highly disappointed. No matter how any man loves you, that love can fade away anytime because of the circumstances surrounding him. This is why the Bible says in Jeremiah 17:5-8, “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the Lord. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see when good comes but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land which is not inhabited. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit.”

You cannot put your trust in somebody whose heart is hidden from you. Many people have tried it and were disappointed in the end. The Bible says in the same Book of Jeremiah 17:9 that “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?” Inasmuch you cannot judge what lies in the heart of your fellow human being; then there’s a limit you can rely on man.

The strongest love is the love between husband and wife, yet if care is not taken, it could easily fade away. If it fades away, it could result in hatred and end in disaster. Until each party learn to please their Creator, that’s when they can please each other, and the love between them will remain strong. This applies to every human being. It doesn’t matter who you’re dealing with. Your relationship with each other can only last if you please the Father. This means putting your trust in the Father. The Spirit of the Father will direct you to who will be your friend.

I will conclude with this precious hymn.

There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus. None else could heal all our soul’s diseases. No friend like Him is so high and holy. And yet, no friend is so meek and lowly. There’s not an hour that He is not near us. No night so dark, but His love can cheer us. Did every saint find this friend forsake him? Or sinner find that He would not take him? Was ever a gift like the Saviour given? Will He refuse us a home in Heaven?

Jesus knows all about our struggles. He will guide till the day is done. There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus. No, not one! No, not one!

I pray for you this day that the Holy Spirit will help you to put your trust in Him so that you can live a fulfilled life in the Father in Jesus' name. Amen! May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus' name.

"Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon." Isaiah 55:6-7

If a man breathes his last breath, his Spirit departs and continues his life elsewhere. Whatever life he lives here will determine his destination and how his next life will be.
