Word from the Father

If you move into a new house, you’ll be happy. You’ll arrange everything as if the house will never be old. If you’re expecting a new baby, you’ll prepare everything before the arrival of the baby. If he’s your first child, the excitement is very great. After the celebration of your marriage, the next one is approaching; that's when the new baby arrives. When you first gave your life to Jesus Christ, you had that unspeakable joy in you. You could feel the fire inside you but couldn’t explain its phenomenon. While you’re there for some time, you’re now familiar with the move of the Spirit. The kind of excitement you used to have is no more there. It’s as if the fire is going down. The same Spirit yesterday is the same Spirit today. The fire of My Spirit never goes down. Instead, it burns and continues to burn. I Am the Almighty God. I Am a Fire that consumes fire.

If you’re approaching a bright light, for a start, it’ll be as if you can hold the light in the palm of your hand. As you move closer, it becomes larger and larger to the extent you can’t look into it. If you move further ahead, the brightness of that light will consume you. This is how a Christian should be. When you gave your life to Jesus Christ, you only started a journey. You’re at the entrance of a tunnel. You cannot get to the end of that tunnel until you’re dead. At the end of the tunnel is a very bright light. As you move closer, you see the brightness of the light more.

I Am the Almighty God. If you start a journey with Me, you’re ignorant of many things. The farther you travel with Me, the more you know Me and My ways. The farther you travel with Me, the holier you become. As you move closer to the light, you can see your life clearly. Through this, you’ll know how to eliminate the spirit of sin in you. The more you move closer to the light, the more holy you become.

As you meditate on My Word each day and live in prayers, you keep the fire alive. It’s not for My own good but for your own good. The more you read the Word and meditate on it, accompanied by your prayers, the more holy you become. But many of you grow in sin every day. Though you’ve given your life to My Son, even those who don’t have My knowledge are better than you.

My Emphasis

A baby doesn’t become an adult in one day. It takes years! If we give our lives to Jesus Christ, we'll become like a newborn baby who doesn’t know his right from his left. We depend solely on our parents to do everything for us. Whenever we grow old, when we become full adults, we become independent and able to do things by ourselves.

A student in the class is a novice at the beginning of his studies. Before he could graduate, he might have gained enormous knowledge. This he will take to the field where he’ll put all he’s learnt to practice. While there, he’ll continually upgrade himself to fit into today’s world. This is how Christians should be.

The spiritual world advances every day. Some things we experience today, the people of old didn’t experience them. Jehovah God Himself is not stagnant in His work but moves on daily. With the daily changes in the world, if we don’t keep the fire alive, we can’t know which direction to go. If we’re in the fire and the fire is in us, the Spirit will constantly reveal to us which path to follow. Satan derives different strategies everyday to double-cross the children of the Father. Holy Spirit, the Revealer of Mysteries, continuously work with us to counter whatever the enemies are planning towards us. This is the journey, and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it than to be in tune with the Spirit all the time.

The Bible says in the Book of Leviticus 6:12-13 that, “And the fire on the altar shall be kept burning on it; it shall not be put out. And the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order on it; and he shall burn on it the fat of the peace offerings. A fire shall always be burning on the altar; it shall never go out.” As we offer no more goat, ram or bull, we are the offering, a living one. We offer ourselves through obedience to the Word of the Father, living His life daily, and prayers through which we refuel and gain fresh energy for the day.

Therefore, my beloved, as the priest of old were commanded to remove the ashes from the fire, so also, let us remove every ash that can quench our fire, ash of sin. Let us continually move with the Spirit in whichever direction He leads us. As believers in Christ, we’re like the wind. We only move in the direction of the Spirit. We have no decision of our own, but we do only as the Spirit commands. This will lead us to a place of eternal glory in the end. Amen! May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus' name.

"Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon." Isaiah 55:6-7
