I Stand And Knock

Word from the Father

A father had many sons whom he loved so much. One lived in a distant land far away from home, while the rest lived with him. Because of his love for his son, he planned to visit him. He bought all he needed for his journey, packed his luggage and told his sons he was going to see their brother. Very early the next morning, he set out on his journey. On a bright sunny day, he landed at the front door of his son’s house. He knew his son was inside and was pleased to see him after a long time. He stood at the door and began to knock. The son heard him knocking, but he refused to open the door. He knew it was his father, but he refused to open the door. The father stood there until he became tired and searched for a hotel where he lodged before heading home the following day. I Am the Almighty God. I Am a loving Father. I chastise, I correct, and I rebuke those I love.

I know you’re lost; I sought for you and found you. I came to your house and knocked on your door, but you refused to open the door. I Am the Almighty God. I never tired because no one knows the source of My strength. I Am still knocking, and I will continue to knock. Those who love Me, those who seek Me will find Me. If you love Me, you’ll open your door willingly whenever I knock.

A man whose heart is full of darkness will always run away from the presence of light so that his darkened heart wouldn’t be exposed. My Spirit is in all of you! I often stirred your Spirit to tell you what I didn’t want so that you could amend your ways. But you rebuked Me! You were binding Me, calling Me a devil. Who is the devil between you and Me? I love you and came to you to tell you what you’re doing, which I hate so that you could change and come back home by the end of the day. But you refused! I tried everything, but you declined. Will I knock forever?

I Am a Father. I cannot abandon My handwork because My work is not an abandoned project. I know the end of the road you’re treading! I know the end of it! This is why I still stand knocking on the door of your heart, so you could let Me in and have a meaningful conversation together. But you refuse to let Me in. What are you hiding? Can you hide behind one finger? This is the kind of life many of you are living!

Yes, you cover yourself with the service you render to Me. Yes, you’re preaching My Word. Yes, you gather My children together. Are your hands clean? Can I truly eat with you? Can I live in your house? Isn’t your house full of cankerworms and scorpions? Will I feel comfortable there? I Am the Almighty God. I Am a Man like you. I Am speaking to you like a human being, like a father. I want you to feel My presence around you. But you love darkness more than light. I Am Light. Though I created darkness, but in Me, there is no darkness. You don’t need anybody to tell you who you are because you own your heart. You know what’s inside! Therefore, cleanse yourself, repent and let Me in because I want to dine with you.

My Emphasis

My Master declared in the Book of Revelation 3:20, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” And He also said in the Book of John 3:19-21, “This is the judgement, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” Every soul that knows the truth but hates it runs away from it.

Many times, the Spirit of the Father in you convicted you, but you said, “I rebuke you, Satan; Satan is a liar”. Sometimes, you opened the Bible and read a paragraph that judged your heart, but you closed it immediately. What about your dreams? You ignored it as if it didn’t happen. But how long shall you continue to run? You cannot continue living in sin, and pray that the Father's grace will cover you. Far be it!

My Master and Saviour lamented over Jerusalem and declared His judgement upon her in the Book of Luke 13:34-35, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who killed the prophets and stoned those who were sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; and assuredly, I say to you, you shall not see Me until the time comes when you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’.” There is a time for everything! There is a time to pamper, there is a time to chastise, there is a time to rebuke, there is a time to ignore, and there is a time to reject. The latter is very dangerous! A father will pamper, chastise, rebuke, and sometimes ignore because of the love he has for his children. But before a father says to his child, ' I disown you, ' that child has crossed the last boundary.

As long the breath of life is still in you, the Father will continually knock on the door of your heart, hoping you’ll surrender one day. But the day is coming when you’ll stand before Him, and He’ll ask: ‘Who are you? Have We met before? Where do you come from?' The Word of the Father is yes and amen! The Word of the Father is truth and life forever. Hallelujah! No matter how long you chew a piece of meat in your mouth, you’ll swallow it when you’re tired to chew. No matter how much you love this Earth, somebody will gather your remains and put you in that box one day. Therefore, walk in the light when the breath is still in you. Remove every darkness from your heart so that the light of Jesus Christ can dwell there. I pray for you this day that the Spirit of the Most High God will pull you to Himself by force, whether you like it or not so that you’ll someday sing a song of victory in Jesus' name. Amen! May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus' name.

If a man breathes his last breath, his Spirit departs and continues his life elsewhere. Whatever life he lives here will determine his destination and how his next life will be.
