If you buy a new car, it will end up in a scrapyard after some years. If you buy a new garment, it will end up on a refuse ground one day. If you build a new house, it will be demolished many years later. All My children who’re with Me in Heaven, the houses they lived on this Earth, supposing they’re still standing, none of you could live in such houses. Everything of this Earth will wear out like a garment, even including the Earth herself, but My Heaven will never wear out because that is My throne. I Am the Almighty God. Jehovah is My name. I Am the Owner of everything. Everything will wear out; I will never wear out. I remain forever.
You left home early in the morning and came home late at night. When you left, the day was still dark; and when you came back, the day was dark as well. Even if your daily work could earn you several houses, they will all wear out like a garment. You poured your life and energy into everything of this Earth, and you forgot the place of your rest, the place of your abode. If a man woke up very early in the morning and went to his farm to work, after hard work of the day, he wouldn’t sleep there but would go home to rest. As the Earth is My farm, so it is for you as well. If you finish your work here, I expect you to come home to rest. But how can you come home? You must spend your life and energy on your soul. Whatever you may acquire on this Earth will not take you to My throne. All will end on this Earth. You cannot take anything from this Earth to Heaven. Only your soul will go with you. If you value your soul and the place of your rest so much, then work upon yourself.
The prosperity of a man cannot be measured physically but spiritually. A man may be a pauper physically but very rich spiritually. Jesus was poor physically; yet, while He was on this Earth, He carried the whole of Heaven inside Him. He lived thirty years of His life like every other man. However, the last three-and-half years of His life can never be forgotten. His footprint can never be erased!
All the men the Father used in the past, from Enoch to Noah, Abraham to Moses and the Prophets, all lived like poor men physically. But today, their footprint on this Earth can never be erased. None of us wishes to experience what they passed through because they all endured many hardships. But today in Heaven, they’re among the few who behold and know the form of the Father.
The ball is now in our court. The Father has given us every right and freedom through Jesus Christ. Wake up in the morning and go to your place of work. Do no laborious work so you can have time for yourself and your soul. Do your work and get your wages. Do not live elaborate life. Whatever you have, spend it amicably. Spend not your earnings on worthless things. Invest on your soul, and this is more profitable. "For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul? For what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37). May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus' name.
