If you wake up on Sunday morning and get ready to go to My house and worship Me, while you’re on your way, you suddenly see a man lying helpless on the floor, and you ignore him because you’re already late, you fail. I will judge you. If you wake up on Sunday morning and get ready to go to My house and worship Me, while you’re on your way, a woman suddenly approaches you because she needs some money to feed her children; if you ignore her because the only money in your hand is for your tithe and offering, you fail. I will judge you. If you wake up on Sunday morning and get ready to go to My house and worship Me, while you’re on your way, you see a man brutally injured; if you ignore him because you’re a worker in the church and your service is needed, you fail. I will judge you. I Am the Almighty God. Holiness is all I need from all My children.
Many of you worship Me with your lips, but your heart is far from Me. You wake up early in the morning and go to church. If you cannot show love to those you meet on the way, those who need your assistance, then tell Me which God you’re going to worship again. Is it the same God that you ignore or another God? You should tell Me! If that man lying helpless on the floor is your brother or your husband, will you abandon him? If that woman who approaches you for some money to feed her children is your wife, sister, or relative, will you abandon her? Which church are you going to again? Since you can abandon your fellow human being, that means all your service for the day is useless; I will not reward you at all. But if you have taken care of that person you met on your way, even if you couldn’t make it to the church that day, because you honoured Me by caring for that person, I will reward you.
If I say judgement will start from My house, Am I talking of the building? You are My house! As you’re preparing to go and worship Me, I’m watching you, watching your heart. How can you be faithful in little things if you cannot be faithful in big things? Can you deceive Me? None of you can deceive Me. You can only deceive yourself. Church, church, church, who are you deceiving?
Some of you will wake up at four O’clock in the morning while the service is at nine O’clock. You’ll use three hours to panel beat your face and tie all kinds of nonsense to your body. Who are you deceiving? You’re deceiving yourself! Am I a blind God? Don’t I have eyes to see? I even see you more than you can imagine. Everything you’re doing, I Am there looking at you, and I see your heart. Instead of spending enough time seeking My face so I could come down and bless you and My children who will attend service that day, you’re wasting your time panel beating your face. I told all of you I Am a Man like you, but none of you can see Me. I need nothing from you than holiness because holiness alone will bring you to Me.
When Moses, the servant of the Father, was preparing for his departure, he took the entire Book of the Law and began to teach the children of Israel. He even expatiated it for them to know the importance of the Law the Father placed before them. He warned them not to go after the culture of the people of the land they were about to enter. Father was laying with his daughter; brother was laying with his sister; mother-in-law was laying with her son-in-law; brother-in-law was laying with his sister-in-law; idolatry, witchcraft, prostitution and all sorts of things were happening in the land. This was why the Father gave them strict Laws to put them in check. The Law plus Jesus Christ, the whole Bible is complete in Both. The church today represents the nation of Israel.
As everyone was living a particular lifestyle before he met Jesus Christ, the Israelites were living their own life in Egypt even though the Father made a Covenant with their father, Abraham. Yet, He hated everything they were doing. As a Christian, the kind of life you might have lived before you met Jesus Christ should be thrown behind you, and if you take it along with you, it will become a stumbling block on your journey.
The heart of Christians is full of all manner of worldliness. All these were the practice of the Canaanites and the Egyptians. But the Father gave His children the Law to observe so they wouldn’t be like these other nations. As Christians, everything in the world is an abomination to the Father, and this should also be an abomination to us. Our goal should be far from worldliness, selfishness, self-centeredness, and so on. A soul wanting to make it to Heaven will always put his Creator first. This shows he has the fear of the Father, and the Father, in return, will not abandon him.
As Christians, our judgement begins at home, not in that building we call church. Until all of us understand the mind of the Father and what He requires of us, we’ll continually make the same mistake. The fear of the Father is above the fear of your Pastor. Your Pastor is only there to prepare your heart for Heaven. He has no Heaven he’s taking you to. Heaven belongs to the Father, not to your Pastor. Therefore, let the fear of the Father in your heart be like mount Zion that can never be moved. I pray that Jehovah God Himself will be your Guide and Guard in Jesus' name. Amen! May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus' name.
